Dr Dina Sidhva explains the research which underpins the exhibition 'Images from Limbo', which tells the story of HIV-positive asylum seekers from Africa, living on the edge of despair and uncertainty. It offers powerful insights into their lives, captured by the very people that live them. It explores the powerful connections between forced migration and society by illumining the complex stories behind the phenomenon of asylum seeking and HIV. Dr Sidhva is an Associate of the Global Health Academy and Honorary Fellow of the Centre for South Asian Studies, University of Edinburgh. This event is sponsored by the Church of Scotland World Mission Council.
