The Edinburgh Fringe Festival with its open-access approach to programming emphasises the importance of giving everyone a chance to perform, to make people laugh, to tell their story and to express themselves. But what if you can't get on the stage?
There are still many multiple barriers preventing people with disabilities from actively participating in the arts and entertainment industry. We will hear from Drake Music Scotland on their latest campaign #LetMeONStage and others about how we can reshape the definition of performers and make the performing arts more inclusive on and off stage.
