Professional references

The staff at Just Festival were really eager to get anyone interested involved in the more managerial and technical elements of the Festival. As someone interested in lighting and sound, I got more than bargained for with Just when they helped me become an Assistant Stage Intern. My manager, David, was really understanding and patient, I was able to develop my technical and practical skills. I know others had similiar stories and I would really recommend working for Just if they are interested in learning some proffessional tricks of the trade.
