With 1 in 4 people experiencing a mental health problem each year in the UK, it is clear that mental health affects us all. So let's start talking about it. Mental health is an issue that can affect everyone regardless of their background, age or faith.
The panel will discuss the way in which we can combat stigma surrounding mental health issues, and how art and community can help people overcome their illness or manage its symptoms. We invite you to join this conversation and share your thoughts on challenging perceptions surrounding mental health.
