The displacement of water in the world’s oceans cause by the melting of the polar ice caps is one of the major contributing factors to the climate crisis. Although taking place thousands of miles away these effects are realised everywhere, including the waters surrounding the British Isles. This collection of contemporary Scottish painting showcases the beauty of our oceans, as well as what could happen and is happening to our changing seas and coastlines.
